Hydro-Québec : The government must not keep proceeds from overpayments

Instead of returning these overpayments, the Government of Quebec decided to keep this money in its pockets.

Since 2017, a mechanism has been put in place to return 50% of those overpayments to consumers. We believe this is not even. The government should not keep this ill-gotten money.
